Diploma and Transcripts

transcriptAn official copy of your high school diploma and transcripts and - if applicable - your undergraduate diploma should be submitted to finalize admission. All transcripts should be notarized of attested by a government institution.

Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of one hundred dollars ($100) is required of every international applicant. Include an international money order or U.S. check made payable to the 国产AV or fill out the payment with credit card section in the application form. No wire transfers or application fee waivers.

Bank Letter and Affidavit of Support

Applicants should submit the Summary of Student's Funding and Sponsorship form along with supporting documents. This is required for the 国产AV to issue a Form I-20 or DS-2019 for the student to apply for a student visa and study in the USA. 

  1. Financial statements must be in English or include an English translation.
  2. Financial statements must be a clear and legible original document or unaltered scan of the original document.
  3. Each statement must include the name of the financial institution, the name of the account holder, the account number, the amount of available funds, the currency type of those funds and a date within six months.
  4. A letter on official stationary, must be submitted from a bank or other financial institution where the student or sponsor has accounts containing readily available funds, for example, savings accounts or investment accounts.
  5. Pension, retirement, and mortgage funds, income tax statements or returns, proof of property ownership, and letters stating that the student or the sponsor possesses “sufficient financial resources” or “earns enough” are NOT acceptable as evidence of readily available funds.
  6. If the financial statements are from a privately-owned business, the sponsor must have legal authority to spend business funds for personal discretion. A document showing legal authority over the business must be included with other documents.
  7. If the sponsor is residing in the United States, a should also be submitted.
