The Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) at UNA is a university-wide initiative focused on enhancing student learning and success through experiential and work-based learning. Preparing the Pride expands opportunities for students to develop critical skills that support academic achievement and career readiness through real-world, hands-on experiences.

Aligned with UNA’s mission and strategic goals, this initiative strengthens student engagement and increases access to meaningful experiential and work-based learning opportunities that have a lasting impact. The QEP’s primary objectives are to broaden opportunities, increase student participation, and enhance institutional support for experiential and work-based learning across four key domains.
