Derick Silcox is a mayor, husband, and father of five children. After more than twenty years of retail management, he made the decision to serve his family, church, and community full-time.
Through his work in Leighton, Alabama as a small-town mayor, substitute teacher, water board member, youth sports coach, and more; he has seen how engagement and empowerment can transform a community and the lives of its residents.
