Manufacturing Engineering Certificate
The Manufacturing Engineering Certificate is earned by completing 12 graduate credits (4 courses). Courses must be approved by the student’s advisor and/or the department.
Our flexible, 100% online program allows students to apply at any time of the year and complete their studies in as few as 9 months. Designed to meet the needs of working professionals, students work closely with a faculty advisor to develop a customized plan of study. This program enables students to strengthen their knowledge of applied engineering and technology from the comfort of their home or office. Additionally, it offers the skills and training that are highly sought after by manufacturing employers.
Students must take two compulsory courses:
ENMF 506: Quality Management and 6-Sigma
ENMF 608: Manufacturing Systems Design and Economics.
The following courses will be offered for the Manufacturing Engineering Certificate:
- Admission is required to the certificate program.
- Requires formal application through the standard university procedures for the certificate program.
- A four-year engineering degree from an ABET-EAC accredited school with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
