Thanks for your interest in the Cole Honors College at UNA. Whether you are a high school senior, a student at another four-year institution, a two-year transfer, or a current UNA student, we encourage you to apply.

There is no fee to , and applications are accepted year-round. Acceptance to the Honors College comes with awesome benefits including:

  • a tuition scholarship at $650 renewable for up to eight total semesters 
  • a two-year housing scholarship at $4000 per year 
  • scholarships for study abroad and travel
  • early registration and small classes
  • relaxed extracurricular events with great food
  • access to our “Honors House” at Coby Hall with study rooms, a computer lab with free printing, an innovation space, a kitchen, a lounge, and outdoor recreation areas
  • peer mentoring, internships, job placement, and career counseling,
  • the most down-to-earth students anywhere!

Graduates of the Honors College have very high placement rates in their fields within the first year after graduation and work in many areas including law, medicine, pharmacy, engineering, accounting, financial services, marketing, nurse and nurse practitioner, occupational therapy, physical therapy, technical writing, actuarial analysis, professional sales, entertainment industry, publishing, music, theater, church ministry, higher education, social media, journalism, elementary and secondary education, software development, fashion, real estate, business consulting, social work, agriculture, advanced manufacturing, energy, space, law enforcement, military service, occupational health and safety, banking, communications, retail, information technology, data analysis, telecommunications, environmental science, hospitality management, culinary, counseling, geospatial information, health research, wildlife conservation, human resources, government affairs, and more.
